FAQ

What type of sessions do you do?

A.Well my photography business is very well versed in different types of photography. I do Weddings, Seniors, Families, Newborns, Pets, Children and Commercial work. I do majority of my work outside but I also have a studio which helps with weather issues and those that would rather have their session inside.

Do you travel for your sessions?

A.I do travel for on location shoots within 30 mins of Green Bay so (35 miles), but I am available to travel whatever distance that you may what! Travel rates may apply, depending on where you would like the session to take place.

What travel fees am I responsible for?

A.If a hotel, any airfare, and/or rental car is needed, all you are responsible for is the direct reimbursement of charges. If I will be driving myself to the event like a wedding and the venue is more than 35 miles outside of Green Bay, I charge a flat-rate of $1 per mile to cover the cost of gas.

Can I request a 2nd photographer for my wedding or event?

A.Yes. Most of my photography sessions I do myself but for weddings and large events I will work with second shooters as well. If your wedding or event has a large guest list, or anything else that would benefit from having multiple photographers, I do have the option to add one to your collection. You can add a second shooter when you book, or choose to add one at a later time.

How long does it take to see our session images?

A.I post my images in an online gallery, they are posted within 4 TO 6 weeks of the date of your session. I will send you an email with the login information to your gallery, which gives you access to the high-resolution files that you can begin viewing and sharing immediately.

How do I view our session images?

A.The online gallery I create for you is a private, password protected website where all of your Images will be placed for you (and your family and friends) to view or download if that is in your collection. To share your gallery, you simply provide your link information to anyone who you want to be able to view the images. Then they will need to provide an email address in order so see the gallery.

How many pictures will we receive?

A.The final number of images will vary due to many things. My average ranges from 40-100 images an hour, but the numbers will of course be different for every event depending on the day itself. If you have any question on this please ask at your consultation.

What can we do with the images?

A.I include a "copyright release" in your contract, which gives you the right to a printing release so that you may print them at home or have a lab print them for you. But this is not the same as owning the copyright! It’s as simple as this, Selling or obtaining "the copyright" itself isn't possible, but you will have the ability to print and share the images as much as you'd like!

Can we make edits to your images?

A.Much like the copyright, raw files are unavailable for purchase. The images delivered are ones that have been carefully selected as the BEST from your session or event. Although I take many photographs throughout your session but not all images make the cut! In images that have someone that has closed eyes, flash may not have went off or movement in the photo. So those photos are not included in your selection. Downloaded images are copyrighted and therefore not to be edited in any way, they are just for you to print and upload to social media for viewing purposes only.

Can we print the images ourselves?

A.If you'd like to print them yourselves, please feel free to do so. If you would like professional quality prints, I can have them printed for you at a discount rate though my lab. Printing through my lab, I have complete trust in them that your prints will be of outstanding quality. That being said, I can only guarantee the quality of a product that I know and trust. I cannot guarantee that your images will be of quality, color, or clarity if you choose to print them yourself.

Can you hold a date for me?

A.I do not “hold” a specific date for anyone without a signed contract and a deposit first. I accept bookings on a first-come/first-served basis.

What is your payment schedule?

A.A retainer is due upon booking to reserve your date. The retainer amount many vary due to the type of session requested. The retainer is non-refundable. The final balance is due the day of the session, at the start of the shoot.

What is your cancellation policy?

A.The retainer and all monies paid are non-refundable. The contract will state at what point you can cancel without any further fees being accessed to you.

How do I book my session with you?

A.I would book your sessions ASAP as dates get taken up pretty fast during different times of the year. You can always call, email or text me and we can setup a consultation to see if I am a good fit for your needs.

When will I receive my order?

A.Depending on your final selections, your custom products will be ready 4-6 weeks after the sales appointment. I will schedule your pickup appointment about 3 weeks after the order has been placed. Payment for your order is due in full at the time of the sale and you will receive your digital web-sharing images at this time (upon full payment).
